The Classic June Bug Rig has been catching fish all over North America for
decades. It's reputation was built on being a terrific rig for Pike and Walleye
but it is equally deadly for Bass, Perch, Lake Trout and other species.
Two models are available.
The Original Carlisle hook model and the Strip-On model.
The Carlisle hook model is perfect for use with most types of live bait. It’s
available in two blade sizes. Model PJ32 comes with a medium size 6 June
Bug Blade and Model PJ34 comes with a large size 4 June Bug Blade. They
both have extra long shank Carlisle hooks.
The Strip-On model is one of the deadliest ways to present live or dead
minnows ever devised. The Strip-on model comes with a double hook that
slips through the wire loop after the wire passes through the body and out
the back end of the minnow. The minnow rides in the crotch of the double hook.

The Bobit is a live bait rig that has it's origins in the rivers and lakes of the
Canadian northwoods. Developed over many years the Bobit has become an
essential tool in the tackle boxes of anglers all across Canada and the northern
United States. The Bobit comes in single or double bladed models dressed with
elaborate bead patterns that help attract fish from farther away than similar
rigs with fewer beads. The extra long shank Carlisle hook allows for several bait
hooking methods as well as being an easy hook to remove from fish that swallow
it deep. The special deep cup Colorado blades give off more sound and vibration
to call fish in from greater distances. Bobits are deadly rigs for Walleye,
Northern Pike, Crappie, Perch, Whitefish, Trout and Lake Trout.
